On December the 5th 2011 there was a motion in the House of Commons debated by many members of parliament from all parties about the imbalance and lack of safeguards in the extradition arrangements with the USA and with Europe. Gary McKinnon was central to the debate being referred to many times. The debate resulted in numerous major newspaper stories in the run up to the event and following. - The MOTION WAS PASSED

Garys MP, David Burrowes, made a number of very interesting points about why America is persecuting Gary with unnecessary determination.
